Fee Refund Policy

Rajeev College of Pharmacy follows a transparent and standardized policy for the refund of fees, guided by the regulations of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), the affiliating University/Board, and relevant Government norms.


General Refund Rules

  1. The refund process is initiated only upon receipt of a formal, written application for cancellation of admission/withdrawal from the course.
  2. Fees are calculated based on the official start date of the academic session, or the date of admission, whichever is later.
  3. The Admission Fee, Registration Fee, and charges for any materials already distributed (e.g., books, uniform) are generally Non-Refundable.

Refund Schedule for Course Fee (Tuition, Laboratory, Development Fee, etc.)

*The calculation is based on the remaining tuition and annual fees, excluding non-refundable components.


Hostel & Mess Fee and Caution Deposit

  • Hostel and Mess Fees: Refund is generally calculated on a prorata basis for the number of full months remaining in the academic session after the student officially vacates the hostel.
  • Caution Money/Security Deposit: This is fully refundable after the successful completion of the course, or upon withdrawal, provided the student has cleared all financial and material dues to the institution.

Application and Processing

The refund request must include:

  1. Formal, signed application for withdrawal.
  2. Original Fee Receipt(s).
  3. Copy of Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque for NEFT transfer.

The processing period for refunds is typically 60 to 90 working days from the date the college receives the complete application and verifies all necessary documents.
